In consideration of studentpad .co.uk (‘Studentpad’)
granting access to the website (‘the Site’), you
agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement

and images are unless otherwise stated copyright of Studentpad.
Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited. All title to, ownership
of and intellectual property rights in the Site are owned
by Studentpad. No licence is granted or rights given in any

4. Accuracy of information and limitation of liability
Studentpad and its suppliers have taken reasonable care that

misleading information in accommodation information and listings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studentpad will not
be liable to you under any circumstances for any loss or damage
arising from the use of, or reliance on the Site or the information
it contains..

available on an equal opportunity basis.

Studentpad provides internet advertising and general advice
only. We accept no liability for any actions arising from
any general advice. No specific advice or recommendations
are made. Studentpad does not let the properties and does
not profit from the letting of any individual property except
from its advertising. All descriptions are provided by the
Advertisers and are not guaranteed.
7. Exclusion of Liability
In no event shall Studentpad nor its employees or suppliers
be liable for any damage whatsoever including direct, indirect,
consequential, financial loss or special damages by you or
any third party, even if Studentpad or its employees or suppliers
have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Studentpad
shall have no liability for any personal injury to or death
of you or any third party unless caused directly by a negligent
act or omission on the part of Studentpad.
8. No warranties
Any information on the Site is provided without warranty
of any kind. Studentpad and its employees make no warranties,
either express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose to the full extent permitted

As a condition of use of the Site, you agree and consent
that Studentpad may use, and share with third parties, your
contact information (i.e. your name, email and physical /
postal address and / or other contact details) for all purposes
directly connected with your request [subject to our privacy
policy] .
11. Indemnity
As a condition of use of the Site, you agree to indemnify
and keep indemnified Studentpad from and against any liability,
damage or loss that Studentpad incurs or suffers as a result
of any action, non performance or omission on your part.
12. General
12.1 No variation to these terms shall be
binding unless agreed in writing between an authorised representative
of Studentpad and you (“writing” includes telex,
email, facsimile transmission and comparable means of communication).
12.2 Studentpad’s employees or agents
are not authorised to make any representations concerning
the services provided by Studentpad unless confirmed by Studentpad
in writing. By using the Site you acknowledge that you do
not rely on, and waive any claim for breach of, any such representations
which are not so confirmed.
12.3 Studentpad reserves the right to vary
and amend the contents of the Site (or any part of it) at
its discretion and without notice and excludes any resulting
liability.
12.4 A person who is not a party to any
agreement made between you and Studentpad has no right to
enforce any term of that agreement under the Contracts (Rights
of Third Parties) Act 1999 and the parties do not intend that
and intend that any third party rights are created by such
agreement.
12.5 If at any time any provision of this
Agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable
in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, that provision
shall be deleted for the purposes of that jurisdiction, so
long as the commercial purpose of this Agreement is still
capable of performance and the deletion shall not affect or
impair the validity, legality or enforceability in that jurisdiction
(or any other jurisdiction) of any other provision of this
Agreement.
12.6 This Agreement does not exclude any
remedies provided by law
12.7 This Agreement is governed by the laws
of England and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction
of the High Court, London.
